Esthetix MD offers various aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin tightening treatments (collectively, “Services”). All treatments provided are subject to the discretion of our trained medical professionals, who will determine the most appropriate treatment based on your unique needs and medical history.
- You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- The results of treatments vary by individual and are not guaranteed. We make no warranty regarding the results you may achieve.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments for Services must be scheduled in advance through our Site or by contacting our team directly.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten or reschedule your treatment to accommodate the next client. Full payment will still be required.
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our online booking system.
- Prices: Prices for services and products are listed on our Site and are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our Services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for completed services, but we may offer remedy sessions in the event of unsatisfactory results, at the discretion of our medical professionals.
5. Use of Site
You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only. The following activities are prohibited:
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the Site.
- Using the Site to collect or store personal data about others without their consent.
- Engaging in any activity that could harm or damage the Site or impair others’ access.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esthetix MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

- Any treatments or recommendations provided at our spa.
